How are records validated?

What is the timeline?

Every attempt is monitored by an official ATR adjudicator. We provide real-time verification, evidence review, and issue a physical, gold-embossed certificate upon successful completion.

Custom record design and guideline drafting require one to two weeks. We recommend initiating the proposal process at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled corporate event.

Who manages tree planting?

Is PR support included?

Yes. Our media relations team drafts official press releases and coordinates distribution to major national and regional business publications to maximize your employer branding.

How much does it cost to create an Official Corporate Record?

We partner with SankalpaTaru Foundation - certified ecological organizations across India. Every record automatically funds the planting and long-term maintenance of 100 indigenous fruit bearing trees, complete with geo-location tracking.

Every Official Corporate Record begins with the ATR Recognition Package – ₹1,00,000 + GST. The package includes Official Certification, Hall of Fame recognition, 100 trees planted and maintained, PR & social media visibility, and record verification. Additional costs are based on your chosen record, participant numbers, event execution, travel, logistics and any custom requirements. Every proposal is tailored to your objectives, ensuring you only pay for what your record requires.

What happens if we don't become the Current Record Holder?

Every successful record attempt receives Official Certification, Hall of Fame recognition, 100 trees planted and maintained, PR & social media visibility, and record verification. If your goal is to become the Current Record Holder and the benchmark isn't achieved, we'll work with you to review the attempt and explore opportunities for a future re-attempt.

How long does the certification process take?

Once your record attempt or submission has been completed and all required documentation has been received, the ATR verification and certification process is typically completed within 5 working days. Successful records are then officially certified and added to the Amazing Team Records Hall of Fame.

Who can apply for an Official Corporate Record?

Amazing Team Records is open to organizations of all sizes. Whether you're a startup, corporate, multinational, educational institution, NGO or public sector organization, you can create a new record with ATR or submit an existing achievement for official recognition and a place in the Hall of Fame.
